Enough! Heaven strikes.
False spring sky starts to slacken,
destroying the dome.

Storm wind heaves, and hikes
golden brown bits of bracken -
breaking the biome.

Smite, with ice shard spikes!
Frozen fate! Cold skies blacken.
We mourn our lost home.

So, how did my Writing Staytreat go?

In terms of word count, I feel like making more time just increased the time it took to make word count.

In terms of ideas, my mind got into flow state easier and stay there longer -Great for outlining and world building.

Doing a writing retreat of sorts, but still at home. Kind of like a staycation... a Writing StayTreat.

Work, then home. Writing, bio needs: That's it. So going dark on social media (too distracting) for proof of concept.
