Off to see my tax preparer... In February. Ugh.

It's irresponsible, dumb, and not at all a good idea to put it off – But I feel like taxes shouldn't start until March.

I have to imagine that satellites in orbit of Earth feel like they're circling a drain.

As a writer, I like to play with concepts.

An experiencer claimed that aliens operated on Earth, and didn't like humans' "smell." But it wasn't the physical smell—It was our psionic miasma of negativity.

Makes me wonder if we could use "psionic showers" to confront negativity.

I can't hype sandwiches enough.

You work, get in a groove, and—Wham! Full stop. You're hungry because you forgot to eat.

Even with just the materials, you can whip up a PB&J in less than 3 minutes. Same with cold cuts or anything else.

I find ai voice gets the cadence of human speech wrong.

A writer is better off reading their own work aloud on a recording device and playing it back later.

Or, rope someone else to read your work aloud. Hopefully a good vocal storyteller. Try it on.

Today is World Peace and Understanding Day.

I appreciate the high ideals of the sentiment. But I'm saddened that humanity would rather fight than listen.

It seems funny, until you realize you've written yourself into a corner: Then you've got your MC running to the cistern near the hippodrome to access the underground channel.

Surely, it is pertinent to the plot.
