Hi - How is it that NO ONE in the press corps stands up when Trump slanders a reporter? The latest incident, in which Trump called a female reporter a "piggy," is especially egregious, coming amidst the Epstein debacle. At the very least, this reporter's colleagues ought to be challenging the president about his remarks, with follow-ups that demand he answer her question. And every damn news agency ought to be harping on this with reports and analysis of the president's lack of comportment. Anything less both underscores the White House press corps' complete obsequiousness and its acceptance of the president's failure as a leader. Their lack of professional integrity is a big reason America is in this mess.
