@repmoskowitz.bsky.social is taking heat from the left and right after skipping an @indivisible.org-organized town hall in his district. Could that spell trouble for the two-term Democratic incumbent?

Florida Politics got word tonight there is still no deal in Tallahassee on allocations.
The Senate plans to make an offer in the morning around 10.
But until lawmakers can agree how much to spend, there's no conferencing on how to divvy the pile of money up.
Have heard maybe May 7 for a budget?
Dumb journalists think being a tough interviewer requires writing down gotcha questions in advance.
Smart journalists know that the trick is just listening and sometimes going, βhow so?β

5. Everyone responds to these tragedies differently.
When they live through it or lose someone to it, there's no prescribes way to process trauma and grief. It's best to withhold judgment on how people deal with events.
4. The internet is no place to determine if people were genuinely connected to a news event.
The truth is, lots of people want the acclaim. Reporting on the ground will verify who was actually there.
3. There's no such thing as crisis actors.
Seriously. Stop.
2. There's rarely a second shooter.
But there are always people who feel living through the event who feel certain there was one, whether because they can't reckon the timeline in real time hear echoes or make presumptions about nearby chaos.
A few things to remember when major news like this happens.
1. Eyewitness accounts are often contradictory.
That's why media leans so heavily on official sources. Individuals involved have information, but also just lived through an expected and chaotic moment. Let forensics verify what's factual.
