Someone said it here, it’s unfortunate there’s no PR team to deal with this, but, at the same time, if you are going to interact with your users unfiltered, expect replies. But maybe, using your analogy, Bluesky should try and see the forest through the trees. minus the one falling, mentioned above.

Harassing would be name calling. This is an exceedingly cordial reply to a rather obtuse response from the staff to their users.
Users are customers. No customers, no business. No business, no money. Just trying to make them understand their hubris is hurting their end goals.

Because you’re unwilling to look at points being made. Your user base is frustrated, you and your crew are as well. This is adding fuel to that frustration, more volatility. People minds get changed when they look at the data being presented to them honestly. being incredulous is hurting your goals.

This has nothing to do with Haylie being trans. It does however have to do with a disconnect between developer and user base. While the reach of the code may be to develop communities as the end goal is a great mission statement, the mission is not there yet. These actions hinder that mission.

Hailey is an adult, and this is the least inflammatory response I think in this whole set of responses. They can do what they want it’s their company, but any company whose user base is making the content for the company needs to remember who’s generating the clicks, no?

Your product is designed for posting, if you discourage posters from posting, your product loses its purpose. You created a tool, a tool does nothing without the user.
