This Republican death spiral will only end through mass action and a new constitutional settlement that truly protects individual rights and majority rule.

Winning elections will help lessen the pain for as long as we continue to have meaningful elections, but we’re not going to get SCOTUS back in 40 years.

Even if we take back the WH and Congress, anything Democrats can build in four years, SCOTUS will allow Republicans to destroy in four months.

Everyone needs to be super clear that we’re absolutely not going to get back to pre-2025 government through politics.

That government has been fully hijacked and turned against the majority of Americans. It’s gone.

All isn’t lost but we need new ways to rebuild and a new constitution.
