Authenticity matters. I’m not running for Congress to grab power or pad my pockets — I’m running because I want to do the work to make life better for the working families of Bucks and Montgomery counties. At my town hall on November 14th, I spoke a bit about this:

Today on my birthday, I’m wishing for a Congress that actually works for the people who elect it. A weekend of door knocking around PA-01 shows it’s clear — people don’t feel represented by Brian Fitzpatrick in Washington. We’re ready for a change.

This Veterans Day, I’m honoring all our veterans and service members. My father, as well as Sue’s, served in the military during WWII (both are pictured below). It’s a day that means a great deal to us — thank you to all our veterans for your service and bravery.

I get mixed reactions when I carry my flag with me at parades or protests. I carry it proudly because it’s important to celebrate how far we’ve come, but still acknowledge the serious challenges we face as a country. I carry the flag because I’m ready to fight for what it means.

The best part of walking the dogs is meeting my neighbors on the street and getting to know them. There’s one thing I keep hearing: People feel like it’s time for a change — time for a principled representative who isn’t afraid to stand up to Trump. That’s why I’m running for Congress.

The interruption of SNAP is going to have a serious impact on our neighbors. That’s why, at our town hall on November 14th, I’m asking you to pitch in and bring nonperishable food items that we can donate to our friends and family facing food insecurity.

While you might see some monsters on the street tonight, the scariest trick is another Brian Fitzpatrick term. Forget the candy — the sweetest treat is voting Rob in May for a representative who isn’t spooked by fighting Trump’s billionaire tax cuts.
