35 years ago, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) changed the course of history.

This agreement marks a critical step toward ending the Tijuana River sewage crisis — a win for public health, our environment, and the border communities who have lived with this for too long.

Grateful for the collaboration between EPA & the Sheinbaum Admin to advance these long-overdue repairs.

In 2019, I walked parts of the Tijuana River bed and was horrified by what I saw — raw sewage flowing into California and out onto our shores. This is unacceptable.

Trump administration hands over Medicaid recipients' personal data, including addresses, to ICE U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials will gain access to personally identifiable information for all of the nation’s 79 million Medicaid enrollees.

California won’t be complicit. We will work diligently to protect Californians from this weaponization of data.
