Will we still be permitted to teach history and facts? Will they try to censor our teaching about the institution of slavery and the FACT of racial disparities in areas including health, income, and criminal justice? Will we still be allowed to teach Critical Race Theory?

The letter essentially referred to DEI programs, Black and Latino graduation ceremonies, and teaching about race as "a shameful echo of a darker period in this country's history." In other words, DEI is the new Jim Crow. So what does this mean?

Yep -- I knew it was coming. But I prayed they wouldn't take PSLF away from people who already had taken out loans based on the expectation they would be forgiven...

People don't choose where they were born. You didn't choose where you were born. It's a random birth lottery. Why do you even care? Do you support families being torn apart? Families that have been here for decades? These are workers who have been paying taxes—that's why the IRS has their info.

Based on this information and the DOGE Treasury breach, immigrants should not apply for ITINs, renew ITINs, or file taxes with ITINs. I don't want to cause panic, but the reality is that DHS will have access to sensitive taxpayer information, including workplaces and home addresses. 2/
