It's kind of insane what gym + martial arts is doing to my body. Like, of course my body has changed ever since I started going to the gym regularly a year and a half ago. But coupling it with karate now has changed it even further, the different kinds of movements and strength work well together.

I'm looking into the possibility of recording the audio of these sessions! And I'm also thinking about maybe running parallel "sessions" on Discord, where we discuss the books around the reading dates over text (I don't think I have the bandwidth for a separate virtual session) if there's interest!

Together, the movie, was very good. My only criticism is that the structure is very much "paint by numbers" for how to construct a horror plot. But the acting, the effects, and basically everything else made it really enjoyable.
