It's much more interesting than I thought. I am still somewhat bewildered by some of the strategies though.

That's terrible. Car safety technology is supposed to be improving but it seems like fatalities of cyclists and pedestrians is only going up.

I like Visma, but it doesn't seem good to be shedding riders and trainers at the beginning of the season.

Which one are you - regular or goofy? If you have someone push you, which foot do you catch yourself with. It has no bearing on ability - Tony Hawk would be an example of goofy greatness.

That term for right-foot forward goes way back to the surfer days and was then translated to skateboarding, snowboarding etc.

Ever play Spirit Island? In it, you play spirits defending the island against the colonists. The theme is cool but more importantly, it really is probably the best conceived board game in terms of rules and design that I've played.

Isn't it a national security issue to have some "staffer" posting on behalf of the president?

I kind of liked it. A couple of his wins I remember standing and yelling at the screen because I thought they would get caught and he would dance across the line just in time. There's a beauty in that I think.

06.02.2026 19:40 β€” πŸ‘ 0    πŸ” 0    πŸ’¬ 1    πŸ“Œ 0

Exactly. There are major national security risks associated with having a president's social media account being run by some flunky. But then again, there are major national security risks in having it run by Trump himself.
