Weak on the wing but otherwise…there’s a lot to work with here, if you lean into guard depth and implement a flexible system.

Late to this, but Cole Anthony is a nice add for the Bucks. He’s not on the same tier of talent as Beal (who might go for more $ than MIL can afford) or maybe even Brogdon, but Anthony is *young* and gives the team another viable option at PG.

With Point Giannis, KPJ/Rollins/Anthony might work.

As part of agreeing to move his contract guarantee back with the Milwaukee Bucks, Andre Jackson Jr. got his deal partially guaranteed for $800K, a league source told @spotrac.com.

Jackson's contract will become fully guaranteed on opening night of the 2025-26 season.

Bucks are gonna simply play a lot of 3-guard lineups, with this roster. Too many of their decent players are guards, so let’s just get nuts.

If the Bucks can swing it, a Giannis-Beal-Turner trio flanked by a collection of solid role players (Bobby, KPJ, AJ Green, GTJ, maybe even Rollins or Sims or AJax) has lots of options.

And if they can turn kyle kuzma into anything (including a permanent benching, I hate his game), that’s gravy!

It’s probably not a good idea, but I’m officially announcing my pro-Bradley Beal stance for the Bucks.

Milwaukee has quadrupled-down on remaining a contender during Giannis’ prime, damn the future picks and cap space. The current team needs some scoring punch to feasibly contend. Beal can score.

Seems like a foregone conclusion. Paolo is *good* and young players that produce like that get max-money.

Also, Ryan Rollins played a significant stretch of the season on a busted shoulder and was still a decent contributor, so he clearly loves the game and is tough as nails. A worthwhile investment.

Rollins, a 2022 second-rounder, joined the Bucks on a two-way contract in Feb. 2024 and spent most of 2024-25 on a two-way before receiving a standard deal in March. He opted for a rest of season contract, became an unrestricted free agent and now is rewarded with a $12M deal.

Good bit of business and a great next step for the “two-way success story” that is Ryan Rollins. He could start at point guard! Only he and KPJ have the right skills for the position (besides Giannis, of course) and they’ll both be featured in the rotation.

All of the reported #Bucks moves can become official today. But it may* take a bit for all those dominoes to fall.

Some roster spots will likely take longer to fill out.

I know a team can have any number of assistant coaches, but if Joe Prunty is indeed headed to Orlando it does potentially open up a full time position for Rajon Rondo.

Doc Rivers has made it clear he would like to hire his former point guard if Rondo was interested.
