Ive been experiencing mid level professionals asking to convert virtual mtgs to in-person in order to meet their own interpersonal needs. A conference room was added for them & I think they’re going to be the only one in-person. They gone learn today.

I have to dig a little hole today around the rain gutter to make sure it’s not damaged. If that’s all I do I’ll consider myself accomplished. Oh, and maybe one load of laundry because yesterday was a bust.

In recent months I’ve been complaining immediately to my upper management when someone disrespects me in communications & is unprofessional. Not everything, just crazy shit I know they wouldn’t take. Surprisingly responses have been good. Like, actions taken good.
