Dad and I had a rare, fast food fries and burger meal today. Tonight it's an artery cleansing tofu/ clear pork broth/nappa soup and rice supper. I'm hoping we both live to do it again next year.

I heard a DEI consultant on CBC radio mention something about being considered one of those folks who wears a tinfoil hat because of their DEI work. I took it as an implicit slur against folks with mental health concerns.
