Yeah you let them get wet and then I use a stamper tool to lift the design off of the tattoo paper basically and put it on my nails where I want it's pretty cool and very thing so when I top coat you don't see a border on it :D

Curious how many people like using nail tattoos versus nail stickers? If I use decals I typically use stickers but this set was my first time playing with tattoos and I really like them!
