Deletion 9p drives B-ALL through the heterozygous inactivation of Pax5 and Cd72 in pre-leukemic cells
Childhood B-ALL doesn’t start at diagnosis! In our new paper in JCI Insight, we show that a single genetic alteration in B-cell progenitors can create a stable pre-leukemic state. #Leukemia is a stepwise evolutionary process, and the earliest steps are already actionable biology.
