This guy went to work today, put a mask on, kidnapped a 5 year old child, and then used him as bait so both he and his father could be sent behind bars

The old constitutional order is gone, and we should be straightforward about that. It’s obvious that, whatever else is on the reconstruction agenda, ICE abolition must be included.

This is such a nightmare. And it’s playing out all across the country.

I admire the AUSAs for their refusal to weaponize the justice system against a grieving widow. But I can’t help but think about the fact that each of these prosecutors will be replaced with less qualified lawyers who will make a very different decision when faced with a similar dilemma.
