In Parliament, I raised how rural pharmacies in Benson and across Henley & Thames are being penalised. Under Pharmacy First, thresholds have risen from 5 to 30 consultations โ leaving many effectively delivering the service unpaid. I asked what will be done to fix it.

Liberal Democrats have fought tooth and nail to stop this stitch-up and the Government has been forced into a humiliating U-turn.
Labour are terrified of Reform. We are the only party willing to stand up to Farage and beat him, as we do week after week in council by-elections.

In January, we responded to 1,834 constituent enquiries. Thank you for trusting me with the issues that matter to you.
Most raised: proposed social media ban for under-16s, potholes, and changes to the Oxfordshire Fire Service. Get in touch if you need help.

I questioned the Minister about the suitability of the Pharmacy First scheme for rural areas. In Benson, pharmacists are struggling to meet the threshold for consultations. The Minister committed to raising my concerns with his department to ensure that Pharmacy First can be delivered effectively.

Calls to scrap funding for controversial relief road in council budget paused

Iโm pleased the Greens have listened to the outcry from residents and withdrawn their wrecking amendment on the Watlington Relief Road. It shouldnโt have come to this however. Promises made in the 2025 local elections should be kept. www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/2584001...

I'm shocked that the Greens on Oxfordshire County Council have withdrawn support for the Watlington Relief Road, after promising support at local elections. I've written with Cllr Ben Higgins to their Leader to ask him withdraw an amendment to the county's budget that would scrap the scheme.

Today in Parliament, I challenged the government on accountability at the very top.
I welcome the commitment to remove Peter Mandelson of his peerage, but serious questions remain unanswered. If standards matter, they must apply to everyone โ including Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

Yesterday, during the government policy announcement on business rates, I asked the Minister to go further to support businesses with a 5% emergency cut in VAT for hospitality.
