How the media β€˜pardon’ political criminals News outlets paper over the ugly pasts of right-wing extremists

Major media often forget to remind us that Steve Bannon is a convicted criminal. But I was happy to point that out in my free Stop the Presses newsletter.

Well done! I had the middle 3 letters correct in lies 3,4 and 5 before eventually getting letters 1 and 5 on line 6. Phew!

If a just and lasting peace is to be secured, it is Ukrainian voices - not Donald Trump's, not those of Russian aggressors - which need to be front and centre in all discussions on Ukraine's future.

Honeslty, the list should be way longer than this. Who could trust the current US adminstration with their national secrets?

I am aware of that, but why all this constant polling? I do not remember having such regular updates ever before. And there is a tendency to run with the crowd - made all the more likely with all this non-stop repetition of the latest whatever. Doesn't do any of us any good!

Yes, Ed, but you know we can't just announce that we are rejoining, and you also know that relationships are being repaired and rebuilt. We are actually quite well regarded by our EU neighbours once again.

I left school 55 years ago. I never was verbally or physically abusive to anyone. I still remember those who aggressively bullied me. I can see their faces clear as day. Victims of abuse never forget their abusers. His victims won’t forget their words are the truth Farage should never escape.

Like if she needs to go.
RT if she has to go.

..and we are seemingly powerless to stop it. The "phoney war" phase is well under way, yet we pretend that it is "business as usual." The seismic shocks of a Farage, Trump/Putin inspired regime will be unlike anything experienced since WW2.

This should not come as a surprise, but how many people are actually aware of Farage's destructive plans? His RW and MSM chums are not going to inform the public.
Shoot, pollute, poison, and profit from the carnage is the mantra of Farage and his far-right donors and backers.
It is creeping up...

Minimum wage is to rise at above inflation rates from next April.

The standard rate will rise 4.1%, 8.5% for the 18-20 age group & 6% for 16-17.

This is a further step towards equalising the rates.

Inflation is currently 3.6% and is expected to fall further in the coming months...

Why Reform UK hates net zero … follow the money! Most Reform UK voters don’t object to green policies, so who is its climate crisis denialism designed to serve?

Convincing people that ignoring every credible scientist while doing nothing to prevent a huge threat to their grandchildren’s futures is a matter of patriotic principle has got to be tricky when most Reform voters don’t object to green policies but it’s all about the money

Reform UK bigwig who went to top university says fewer others should do the same Reform UK's former chairman calls for "fewer people going to university" after benefiting from a degree from one of the country's most prestigious ones himself

Always the way, isn't it? Graduate from top uni says other people shouldn't aspire to go to university.

The Prime Minister's target – two thirds of young people getting a degree or an apprenticeship – is the right one. Only Labour backs our young people.
