Longtime readers will know I am an advocate of energy abundance, via renewables.
That would mean having a big excess of electricity only some of the time. So, how could we use those periods of abundance to improve our lives?
Oh right. Okay then.

Reflections - Finchley Central
One of the benefits of UK's yearly rainy season is puddle hunting. I'm always on the lookout for unique compositions in puddles. I was very happy with this view at Finchley Central London Underground station.
I emailed my local Labour MP about this, who said they were on other major socials as well as X. I honestly think the gov aren't on here because they don't think it has much reach, ie not many users. I've also read there are a lot of disgruntled MPs trying to get the gov to leave X.

Portugal is one of the countries with the lowest drug related deaths. This is bc of decriminalisation. The trouble with criminalising possession is it doesn't act as a deterrent and it puts health at risk bc users buy dodgy drugs. Drug use is a health problem & should be treated as such.
07.12.2025 21:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I would introduce the Portuguese model bc the current system in the UK simply criminalises the poor & eats up all our resources. However I also understand it is a long haul to get the public to follow the facts, so changing attitudes & staggered legislation would be my 1st approach.
