what you create doesn't have to be part of a new media venture or wager a six figure overheads. if your design sensibilities are at least 'i know what's ugly' you have everything you need to layout some essays and hit the copy shop. what happens next is anyone's guess. which is beautiful.

i don't encourage writers to make their own zines as an income stream or recreate resources commercial publishers provide. probably won't accomplish any of that. but we have been so browbeaten by the digital environment you ought to remind yourself what you're independently capable of. do the thing.
