Folks, there's no easy way to say this, I need help.
I've been struggling with mental health problems for a number of years now, mainly a mix of complete lack of executive function and anxiety. This led to all kinds of problems I kept ignoring and culminated in losing my job. 1/5

I empathise with this a great deal of late.

I've managed to rename and rehandle this account and set up a new account with a useful email address at @callingallrx.bsky.social - Please refollow there!

I'm shortly going to lose access to this account as I've lost access to the email associated with it and I can't update it to a new email without a code being sent to the old email.
