This #Wargaming model has sat primed for at least 3-4 years, perhaps longer. I wish I recalled how long, as I can't recall the white primer I used. But if I could recall, I would swear off buying using that primer ever again. Much of the base coat of this #MiniaturePainting job slughed on painting.

Another #MiniaturePainting speed-paint job. This "cat-folk" mage metal figure is by Reaper (?), and will likely see some use for #D&D . Little bit of an homage to a pet I had 30ish years ago, remarkably named "Wizard". Almost cleared the recent "backlog" of figures cluttering the painting desk.

Quick and easy slapchop #MiniaturePainting job of these #Wargaming figures from Lost Heresy Miniatures. Printed at 93% size to better scale with my other #SilverBayonet figures.

This necromancer figure from Lost Heresy Miniatures bought through MyMiniFactory, was printed at 93% to make it more in scale with my other 28mm #SilverBayonet models. Tried to make the randomly selected colour cards work, but not sure i succeeded at #MiniaturePainting this as "evil" as it should be

Doing some quick/speed #MiniaturePainting of this #LostHeresyMiniatures sculpt.
The Horseless Headlessman (?), maybe the Headless Horselessman (?). Nice figure printed at about 93% of the sculpted size to better for with my other #SilverBayonet figures.

The first British #SilverBayonet box set (my 2nd squad) is finally done. I'll likely add a few random infantry figures (I have an old Victrix box around somewhere). #MiniaturePainting for #Wargaming

Continuing my work on my 2nd #SilverBayonet squad. This very "Mr.Darcy"-esque supernatural investigator is my latest #MiniaturePainting outing. Tried to take more time on the face than I did on the last few.

I think the coat could use some more blending, but I'm calling it done.

#MiniaturePainting some zombies by #NextLevelMiniatures . Just did a slap-chop with some basic touchups to knock these out fast. The random #ColourCards did not really choose the most appropriate of colours (except for the last one), but i rolled with it anyways.

Yeah, im not great at doing eyes, sometimes I get it decent enough, but most often... well you said it best. ;)

Doing some #MiniaturePainting to pass the long weekend. Made it to about half way to another unit for #SilverBayonet.

That really is an amazing outfit... and im not saying that because I made a couple of the pieces, everything is just freaking amazing.

Been a hawt minute since I did any #MiniaturePainting , due to the long streak of working on #Wargaming terrain.

This sci-fi pirate (for use with Stargrave and like games) and this Napoleonic painted in as close to Gordon's 92nd Highlanders as I could manage (for Silver Bayonet). Not my best work.

And laid out on a 3'x3' gaming mat. It fills the mat very densely

All the jungle #wargaming terrain is now complete! There are 11-12 bases of flat(ish) jungle, and 4 bases that slope up to cliff faces. It's been a long slog to get to this point, but now I get to live with the joy of having an incredibly dense jungle available to me.

Taking a break from jungle, to work on a "pre-painted" mdf kit from microartstudio.

This #wargaming piece of terrain is intended for Infinity, but I'll be using it for "Stargrave" and maybe "Five Parsecs From Home".

Nice touch of modularity to this kit, two thumbs up for quality and ease of build.

Remember, I was 35 before I saw plastic jugs or cartons... and that was only because that's when I moved to the USA

First jungle terrain platter for #wargaming is complete. The other 3 are more basic slopes, but i really like the narrow path up the rock face I carved in this one.

Saturday involves a very rare moment of peace in the kitty-east this week.

Still trying to slog through the #wargaming terrain and related projects I was aiming to finish for a concert in late June. Borderline burnout is slowing me dramatically. This TTCombat mdf kit "could" get a bunch more details, but im feeling done.

Loot/objective tokens/markers 2.0. I did "poker chip" edging on the bases to clearly indicate these as objectives and not just small terrain set-dressing pieces. While I really still like the 40mm ones I completed over last winter, I think these 28mm based ones will work much better.

Violin player (or fiddle sometime), but i really enjoy jamming out to "House of the Rising Sun".

I literally bumped into Kevin Bacon. I was walking backwards to block the wind while I was lighting a cigarette... I backed right into him, asked for a light since my lighter was in fact not working. He obliged and I thanked him and walked away. Did not even realize who he was until I was informed.
