My wife's parents died about 12 years ago. They died in poor health and fairly quickly - no time to clean up. My wife plucked out a few items and then turned the place over to an estate auction company. No hassle on our end and she got about $5,000 from the auction. WHEW!!!!

All of my friends are from high school or earlier and I'm close with all of them. I did not make friends in college, I had a heavy class load and was busy. I made a couple of friends at work but we are not very close.

I was in college in '92 and a class was asked to present on "the meaning of hegemony." Everyone, including me, missed the point. We looked up the word in the encyclopedia and reported our "research" without considering the real question. I think about that to this day.

I love curling and the biathlon. Weird sports make the Olympics special. In the summer Olympics it's the decathlon (people doing a bunch of sports that they are terrible at and 2 that they are good at), and also the steeple chase (run around the track, climb these walls and then swim in the mud).

I don't have any experience with GLP-1s but I'm optimistic about their potential (and future studies). I'm really interested in their ability to curb cravings for things other than food like nicotine and alcohol. If you do take them, please report on the other side effects.

I have 2 chihuahuas, bother and sister. They have a dog door but they will just sometimes do their business in the house. Neither one will admit the act or rat the other one out (little bastards).

Adobe products usually can't just be un/re-installed. You have to use a cleaning agent - a program that will erase every trace that the app was ever installed - before an installation will work. We had to do this on fully licensed computers that would just stop working for no reason.
