Fat people with PCOS - have you had any experience with HRT? And what did it do to your periods?
I'm thinking of switching taking the pill continually (Slinda) to HRT for my peri symptoms but I'm really nervous about having periods again.
I've tried googling but not finding much that's helpful.
Sadly, this failed to make it into the President’s speech today.

Sometimes I see people talking about trauma as the root of the world's problems, and I just don't agree.
The people who do the most harm aren't the most traumatized, but the most privileged and powerful.

Repealing Section 230 would chill free speech by allowing platforms, not users, to be held responsible for what its users say. Platforms will become much more censorious over what its users can post. This is extremely bad

Fat ppl take the brunt of it, and the rest of y’all are collateral.

miinobobeano on tumblr - It bothers me so much that the healthcare system relies so much on the patient's ability to advocate for themselves, organize their history, and be so persistent against every medical “professional” who says there’s nothing wrong/they can do. But so many struggle with fatigue, brain fog, and face such ingrained systemic barriers, that the people who need and deserve help and support can’t access it. I saw something recently that resonated with me: “Access shouldn't depend on who has the energy to fight for it.” And I’ve never agreed with anything more.

She reported it to the police and it turned out to be a HIPAA violation because it was a hospital, thankfully!
This is what fat people deal with. Treated like our bodies are public property. Assumed to be lazy, to be our fault. Even if any of those stereotypes
