New results from the @epaireland.bsky.social show our transport emissions are down 1.2%, given we have missed the target for a number of years now we are very far behind the 2030 target.. The report says EV sales have very little to do with he drop due to the low number

No, they would use the TII car stock model which has built in fleet turn over to EV. They dont make sweeping assumptions that all vehicles will be electric in x years time

Is there not some sort of national guidance on how to do these assessments? In transport we have a very detailed approach
