My NP wanted to try me on this bc I’ve never taken anything at all and this is a totally new diagnosis - only other regular rx I’ve ever taken is a very low-dose hypertension med. Even now with my stimulant med (shoutout to Vyvanse!) I take the kids’ baseline dosage 😂

I tried that first when I got my diagnosis at age 48, just a few months ago. After about a month, my psych NP asked me how I felt. When I asked her how I was *supposed* to feel, she was like…yeah, time to try something else 😂

In my house they’ve never gone away! I do use Apple Music (esp bc I have a 10yo whose musical taste changes like the wind, so we find lots of new stuff regularly) but I have a CD player in my car (2017 Subaru Forester) and use it regularly. I was so stoked to see the player when I bought the car!
