The Revs are cooked. I dissagree that the players on the roster are not good enough to be a playoff team. This squad is playing below the sum of its parts and its becoming more evident that Porter's inability to make critical adjustments has cratered this season and maybe the next few seasons.

If it's the Talent thats the biggest issue with the Revs, then we're done. Everything I hear is the Revs are against the cap with no flexibilty. Either we get a coach that can make these players work, or we'll never see Carles Gil in the playoffs again.

It's not even going to matter if Porter gets sacked will it. Like the pieces should all work, they just don't. I would love for a coaching change to get this team to play to the sum of their parts, but my gut says its not getting better any time soon.

Carles Gil should go down as one of the greats in MLS History. Yet the #NERevs are so incompetent at all levels of the organization that he'll be lucky if he's in a footnote when it's all said and done.

The Revs Schedule looks so brutal because they're the only Eastern Conference team that doesn't get to go up against the Revs.

I can't imagine it's Adam's at RB unless they're trying to do an inverted RB in possession. I just can't imagine not wanting Adam's in the middle of the field.

Ok I definitely understand that perspective, especially because I don't think our roster is that lacking in talent. I just see it as four games in we've been the worst team (and I am biased).

I'm genuinely curious why the only team that hasn't had a player score a goal since last season isn't dead last in the power rankings. Especially when your commentary says, "We can all see the offense blows, but the defense also blows."

They turned out to be stars, but I mean players like Almeron, David De Costa, or Zaha who got a lot of buzz around the league. Even Gil wasn't talked about as an MVP-caliber player at his signing. The Revs have a lot of good MLS players but seem to lack real difference-makers sans Gil.

Yea 10 losses in a row is something special, but the Revs post leagues cup (excluding this year's preseason) are 2-3-9 and 0-1-6 in their last 7 MLS games. Given their schedule (as you said in another post) this stretch might be an all-time low for an MLS club, especially for a founding team.

The season's over. Another year of Gil wasted and wouldn't shock me if his age catches him soon. The Krafts will keep Porter for too long and won't invest to make this club a contender. Genuinely, when was the last time (if ever) the Revs signed a player that got national attention in the league?
