When did driving standards drop this far? A pedestrian crossing in #WhitleyBay being used as a carpark for takeaway food collection. Design changes would stop this. Narrow the crossing before someone is killed please!

I would have assumed that companies like #Openreach would train staff well enough to know that parking on the zigzags is illegal & dangerous. Van parked on a crossing used for access to the primary school on the right & the school parking on the left.
