I've had a sim rig for 10+ years and followed the big YouTube channels. I use a Thrustmaster wheel and fanatec pedal for PC - silly choice, can't use it for console 😂. An all-singing direct drive won't make you faster, Logitech is just fine, but I found that a load cell pedal did make a difference.

I'm discovering that my similar vulnerability is likely linked to my ADHD (people pleasing / avoiding confrontation / fear of pushing them away). 'Blank spot' is nicely put. I feel hurt when I should be feeling angry.

Worn a smart watch for three days that I forgot to switch on.
Driven to work for a face-to-face meeting that was a Teams meeting.
Driven to work for a face-to-face team meeting... a day early.
Worse of all: I've let cups of coffee go cold!
