If Supermarkets really want to reduce food waste, then they should reduce the prices on a sliding scale leading up to the sell-by-date. Not just on the sell-by-date itself. It's ridiculous that a loaf of bread that goes off tomorrow costs the same as one that goes off in a week.

I did exactly that. External drives, 42TB of backups, data files and media all on a Raspberry Pi 4. Plex filled the SD card and won't play a thing. I'm getting a 256GB SD / USB and cloning it into there.

Dockless bikes are a great idea implemented badly. They get left on the pavement, blocking wheelchairs and buggies. What we should do is remove car parking space on ever street and require riders to leave their dockless bikes in those designated parking bays.
