Turned out quite decent. The outer crust is nice and almost crunchy, and the inside bread is still nice and soft. Would make again.

A batch of a dozen focaccia rolls fresh out of a muffin pan, being cooked on a wire rack. The bread is made with an olive-garlic-rosemary oil and the kitchen smells amazing.
