I know that probably doesn't make a lot of sense, but... ya know: same outcome, but with a little less stress in the middle. 🤷🏼

A therapist once asked me how I feel about to do lists. I told her that I'm great at making lists. Detailed, organised, agonised over... and then I forget they exist. 🤷🏼

Confession time: I have a pocket notebook on me almost always. I write all sorts of things down in it and then never look at them again. It doesn't really help remember stuff reliably, but I don't get stressed over trying to remember things that I know I'll forget.

Oh ye gods I've gone and turned boring! 😅

I dumped the laundry on the couch for folding. It started raining and she came in. She just stood there, staring at her spot and me, back and forth, until I moved the laundry... 😅
