The most important games should be played with the best weather, not worst

The NFL and College seem to manage just fine

We already play a handful of games in the cold now, I don't think that really changes

Right. MLS teams already, currently, play in February and December. Their stadiums are used to host events during the winter months as well. If Toronto isn't sure how to hold a soccer match in December, why did they get to host MLS Cup?
