Finally got around to making the icebox "cheesecake" pie thingy with a maple mix I picked up last year. Just mix in cream cheese and Cool Whip then refrigerate.

My body really does not appreciate fake whipped cream. 🥴

Will have to whip actual cream when I decide to make the chocolate mix.
