I know several people who want to get rid of their Tesla but can't afford it, especially with the plummet in resale value. I wonder if any major manufacturer has considered biting the bullet & taking them as a trade-in on favourable terms to put the final nail in the coffin? Any value as scrap?

Aside from the fact that there are so many other names he could have used who did appear in the files. It feels like a very deliberate effort to win over some vile people

Here's a fine example of a Democrat stupidly trying to be clever. Soros' name is constantly used as an antisemitic dog whistle - and up to now, there has been no suggestion of any link to Epstein

I've had these. Not to my liking - too bitter

Lovely piece. We're lucky as our local park in Berlin has lots of them, as well as another beautifully coloured resident, green woodpeckers

Yep. It's Block House - they're generally pretty decent and won't be using crappy American beef. I think we're not yet fully past "American" being used as shorthand for "cool" - but we're getting there

Because a huge proportion of America doesn't do reality. It's all entertainment

Ireland have been terrible in quite a few areas, but there's grounds for optimism. After a long absence, there were genuine signs we're getting an Andy Farrell team back

At least the old commentator's cliche about Ireland having a natural advantage under the high ball due to the "Gaelic football heritage" might be finally retired. These lads look like they wouldn't catch ebola in a phone box

It's been quite a few years since I've approached the opening of the #SixNations with such a sense of foreboding. My main hope for Ireland is that the inexperienced players given an opening by the injury list get some battle-hardening - we need depth. France could shred us tonight

If they're insisting they need people to use up excess electricity, it only makes sense that the surplus should be provided free of charge

They couldn't be arsed even trying to be subtle or clever about it

kMeet - along with the rest of the Infomaniak kSuite - is good. It uses Jitsi, which by itself is a good Zoom substitute

Wish I'd had this in mid-1990s Seoul, when gas was the default answer to everything. All the daft solutions were being used - milk, toothpaste, cigarette smoke etc - by the young student protesters. The best, most prosaic advice all came from the old dudes who'd been through much worse in the 80s

There's a Guy Works Down the Chip Shop Swears He's Elvis by Kirsty MacColl - who also has one of my favourite album titles: Electric Landlady

Having grown up around a lot of dairy farms I can only conclude that a lot of the people obsessed with unpasteurised milk have never seen the back end of a cow. Beautiful creatures, but wiping isn't their strong suit

New Survey Shows NFL Players Mixed on Bad Bunny As Super Bowl Halftime Show Performer โ€˜I think theyโ€™re trying too hard with this international stuff,โ€™ one anonymous player said in The Athleticโ€™s survey.

I'm genuinely curious whether @theathletic.com does a survey every year on whether NFL players approve of the choice of performer or if this was a one-off

Not to mention that over a year ago I kicked Chrome in favour of @vivaldi.com - from Norway. Good substitutes for so much US tech are out there. European governments need to be supporting them massively - including in terms of public awareness

Who's commenting that? If it's just ordinary everyday people I can't see what they would lose out at all by switching to kDrive, Proton or several other services

When there's some change in that thing called gravity that determines that most worthwhile events take place along the X axis, I'll concede that vertical format is a good thing. Until then...

When I was covering football in South Korea there was a Croatian lad who came back after months out with cruciate surgery. Scored in his first game back, celebrated with a backflip, and snapped his Achilles

The Goldstar TSR-540 was such a companion for me in my early teens. Tucked up in bed with my dad's massive headphones (separate volume controls on each ear๐Ÿค˜) listening to Stuart Henry and Rob Jones on Radio Luxembourg
