We always have biscuits & gravy for holiday brunch mornings. One year probably 35 years ago my cousin (a teen at the time) took a giant ladle of gravy & we ended up running out. She has not lived it down and likely never will. Someone inevitably makes a crack whenever she reaches for the gravy.

One time I was in their chaotic baggage claim and a woman said “Charlotte airport, always a shit show” so that quote now lives rent free in my head forever

Happy Halloween from me and Ryan. One of these days I’m going to get him a Deadpool costume.

Me, a middle-aged white lady wearing a hot pink leotard, short black shorts, hot pink leg warmers, wrist bands, headband & fanny pack, rainbow sparkle sneakers, a curly red wig and 80s-inspired pink makeup, holding dumbbells and a VHS made to look like a copy of “Richard Simmons Sweat & Shout”. A cardboard cutout of Ryan Reynolds happens to be looking on in the background but that’s unrelated.

I’ve considered getting a UK one and plugging it in to the outlet by my dryer. I have a US voltage one (actually 2 we also have one we keep at my mom’s) but only purchased after multiple trips to Europe where my husband became obsessed with their instant coffee (also superior to US versions).

Perhaps the license plate is from Colorado because it’s closer to there than most of the population centers of Texas.
