Every now and then, I have to go to Walmart for a few small things, and it amazes me how hostile of a shopping experience it is. Beepers blaring in the beauty section, locked up common goods, angry customers who will run you over, and the worst music you’ve ever heard blaring on the speakers.

Unfortunately I have spent my entire morning reading and cleaning and catching up on projects and now I am about to go lift some weights and I do think touching all this grass has been hugely beneficial
