Ok, I checked out calbudgetcenter.org/resources/fi... which has some info. It seems many, many programs were cut to address the deficit. Which means... singling out the cuts to gender equity programs is disingenuous. Calling it throwing under the bus implies targeting, but it wasn't targeted.

I assure you I do not seek out political posts. In fact I've muted over 50 political terms to reduce how much I see.

I find it unlikely that there's another character after the A, as the stamp appears to have been placed deliberately, and whoever put it there clearly wanted it to be visible. If there were too many characters to fit, they'd have moved it down to the wider space below

The scratching method used here is unlike the other indicators you've shown, which leads me to believe they weren't put there by the creator, and thus won't be helpful for identification of origin
