People in the US don’t often know how race can be folded into narratives of caste-esp those perpetuated by Brahmins/ other savarna castes: they often describe/pride themselves as possessing physical attributes similar to White people: ‘tall, fair, straight noses, straight hair, light eyes.’

The more people say “women and/or black people can’t win,” the more people commit themselves to a sexist, racist rhetoric that makes the statement true and perpetuates racism/sexism.
She can win! She’s bringing in people who have not voted! If you support her fully, her chances will be even better!

I have never seen a more disrespectful Administration official in a committee hearing than what we saw yesterday with Pam Bondi.
