I missed the big Aurora event on Monday night 19th Jan and reports said there could another display on 20th so I gave it a go and there was definitely colour over Exeter UK. Further north they had great displays but itβs a rare event further south. More to come π€ β¦ #Aurora

During the winter Kingfishers on the Exe Estuary are an added bonus to the 20-30k migratory birds that over winter with us in Devon. When the sun shines it highlights itβs beautiful plumage π

Great twitch on my home patch the Exe Estuary mega bird turned up yesterday and still here today Lesser Crested Tern attracted loads of birders from across the country. Great attraction for the Exe Estuary
