I am saddened to learn that Professor Kent Wong has passed away. I attended his Info Session last year about Trump's administration on immigration. He was a great lecturer, one I recommended for others. @uclalabor.bsky.social

Recently, there was a suicide from a UCLA student. I didn't know him, but friends did or mutually did. I'm so serious about mental health. I know it's hard to know since judging from his LinkedIn, he was outstanding and shared a bright smile. Yet, you never know. Always check in.

Ab workouts are the worst. They hurt so bad. No wonder they are hard to get and maintain.

Working out, my arms are feeling it.

Been thinking about moving away. To just leave the USA and go where a job takes me. If it all works out, then yeah.
