WeBS is a once a month commitment and a spot of useful birding. Here’s a smallish reservoir which needs a counter. Easy access & parking per red cross on map. The next core count date is 9th November - sign up here if you fancy surveying this site app.bto.org/websonline/s... #worcsbirds

Ah sorry - didn’t see your post! Great minds & all that! I keep just total species spreadsheets - the CR here has his own spreadsheet too for recorders to complete but prefers iRecord as the workload can be shared with others in approving records. Either way good to make our catches useful isn’t it

Over optimistic last night given the low temperatures in North Worcs VC37 - a single November moth agg avoided a total blank - here showing its underwings briefly before flying off. #teammoth

Recording moths started this year at Rush Farm (of Archers fame) in North Worcs & the list will finish at around a modest 140 species. It’s a long term project though to help inform nature friendly farming. I’ve already recorded some interesting species. #teammoth
