Wow.
Another fabulous sporting event.
The fans of the Tigers and the Mariners are on edge.
Playoff baseball can be so intense.

This is a fantastic sporting event.
Fans of the Dodgers and the Phillies must be going bonkers.
Playoff baseball is the best.

Awaiting a preseason prediction podcast sometime today/tonight/tomorrow from @matthewfairburn.bsky.social and @sabresprospects.bsky.social to hear their prognostications for the Sabres and the rest of the NHL for the 2025-26 regular season.
09.10.2025 17:58 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Solid piece by Matt.
Overall, the telecasts are fine.
I just want the-powers-that-be to allow members of the broadcast team to be more critical of a franchise that has floundered for a decade-plus.
I also wish there were less paid promotional spots for sports gambling websites and related nonsense.
This analysis piece by Jay Skurski is spot-on.
Matt Milano had been a tremendous player for Buffalo, but his recent injury history should be an indication it's time for the Bills to eventually move on.
It's a shame, but it's the nature of professional sports.

And that's why they play nine innings.
Entertaining ballgame.

And people wonder why this franchise hasn't qualified for postseason play in 14 years.
The team psychotherapist and trainer need to discuss this.
As the kids like to say these days... "legend."

It's now raucous and loud at Yankee Stadium.
Aaron Judge has woken everyone up.
Lots of game still left to play tonight.
Postseason baseball is the best baseball.
@mlb.com
It's a very quiet Yankee Stadium so far this evening in Game 3.
It really feels as though Toronto knows they are in complete control this series and can take it in a sweep.
New York looks intimidated and still shocked at what happened in Games 1 and 2.
The Blue Jays have the upper-hand.

Bills are 4-1 but in need of a critical fix:
"Buffalo's hardships on third downs are partly due to cornerbacks. At this stage in Tre'Davious White's career, he can't keep up... top corner Christian Benford has been worse than expected and Taron Johsnon hasn't been much better.

Some vocal and cocky Bills fans I've talked to have been mentioning the possibility of a perfect season.
I still think they could finish 15-2 or 14-3.
Everyone needs to recognize that losses do happen, especially against divisional does.
To lose at home to New England will drive some people nuts.
Yes sir.
Losses happen.
Just don't allow them to occur in consecutive weeks and all will be well.
Nowhere close to season ending.
This team will likely will 14 or 15 games.
It's a loss.
They happen.
It's more important to New England's slow and angonising rebuild than to anything Buffalo will accomplish this season.
All is well.
But the Bills fans previously talking 17-0 and a cake walk to the Super Bowl can take a step back, evaluate what happened, and regain their composure.
Buffalo will likely still win the division with ease.
