Ok I did shave my neck before that 😆 thank you. Maybe I can safely give it another shave. That’ll make me feel better

super fast. I averaged $10.87 spent per day. I went the first three days without spending anything. Still 3 days left but feeling super happy to have found a functional system that will help me finally build wealth.

I put myself on a budget this pay period. I finally found a method that works with my audhd brain. Basically I divided my spend bucket by days in the pay period and made a spreadsheet that rolled over any unspent funds from one day to the next. Put it as a shortcut on my homescreen so I could update

Also I’m out of my adhd meds and had to take focalin this morning which is fast acting and my anxiety is so high as a result 😫

Had my conducting final exam today. Honestly think I did better than I expected to. My professor got on me about my hands shaking and I’m like… I’m nervous I can’t magically be not nervous like… 😤

It was 300, and that was before the pandemic. It would be much higher now!

2 months later and yeah my life is better all around. Found out I’m caffeine sensitive. Cut out caffeine almost completely. Found out I’m not lactose intolerant. Starting having dairy again. 24/7 anxiety is gone. Best switch I’ve made.

Having an awful acne breakout which is apparently normal after a round of steroids and the stress of surgery 😔
