It is already happening. Years ago, many at the NIH left for opportunities in Singapore and wealthier Gulf states. I have tried to remain hopelessly optimistic, but I am now convinced that in four years, there will be no experienced leadership left to rebuild these institutions.

They’ll all fall in line, like always. This is exactly why Democrats keep losing; stop the commentary and start explaining why the bill is actually bad.
