Television hosts populate the administration, TV doctors making medical decisions and a morning show host of the oligarch-owned propaganda arm rules the military based on machismo and image. International politics is completely unprepared as trade deals are announced without being signed.

The year is 2026. The American empire, it's greatest export being culture, media and news, has started to consume itself. The propagandised ageing population fed a diet of fear-inducing media has chosen a reality tv star, also glued to the same tube they are as their demented avatar.
