Wasn’t super intense it was outpatient but it was nice hanging out with people who understood the struggle. I’ve done a lot of therapy but not really in a group setting like that so it was nice.

I will say being in a group of guys was hard at times. I do not appreciate how they talked about women

I went to rehab for 3 months. It was cool. I feel like I’m better as a person now.
