What slows this dumb fuck down is him honking. As soon as I realize he is giving way, you can hear me engage my gears to accelerate from my slower speed. I'm about to move forward when he decides to honk, which startles me and causes me to stop.

And this one here. I'm going 21 mph on Broadway crossing Houston. There's a lot of cars to my right and so I'm proceeding thru the intersection carefully as I want to make sure there are no obstacles coming from my right. This fucker honks, which startled me, and I pass him 2 blocks later anyway.

I've had a lot of success with Red light complaints. I've had less success with illegal honks. In this one, I'm not sure if the car will give way so I slow down. You don't need to fucking honk at me. IDK if you're gonna stop. Cars think they talk to each other via honking. But I'm not a car!
