Dude. Sort out the cause and effect. Consider the structural analysis. Understand how policy ties in. Try not to insult clever and ambitious rural people along the way. I don't hold urban people responsible for hegemonic urban policy. Much narrower interests are at the root.

Love your work on Volts, but not sure how saying things like "anyone clever or ambitious leaves for the city" is not also bigoted.

Ha/uff. I feel like so much political strategy - this and otherwise - has not adapted to the current reality. Still trying things that might have worked 15 years ago.

What then are the underlying motives? Large equipment makes it inconvenient; operators like the look of unbroken crop land. Yes? No? What else?

I can confirm this is another issue with balcony. My understanding is dumb meters (which still exist) can't even be configured to register backfeed, so if you connect solar to them the meter just runs and runs. In those cases, it would only work if there was no danger of ever backfeeding.

How do you have your ecoflow set up? What does it run? No grid/panel interconnection, correct? As it is now, rooftop solar is a major home remodel project, in both complexity and cost. Options like this that are much less expensive, DIY set up, and not grid-tied are really interesting.

That's what I thought of. They drove everyone else out, so now for many, there literally will not be a place to buy fabric.

Yeah. I'm curious more specifically what's driving it. For example, was the body federally funded in some way, and did the federal funding agency request or direct this? Or is it just a general retreat?

Why did they do this, do you know? Is it clear?

"MidAmerican said the gas plant will operate less than 10% of the year..." Hmmm, I would if there could be any other options than a $600 million asset that runs 10% of the time. If only...
