This is a glaring violation of the First Amendment, which guarantees everyone in the U.S. the right to free speech — regardless of immigration status. DHS is also targeting Vijandre over his refusal to accept an FBI request to “spy” on the pro-Palestinian movement.

In just six months, disapproval grew significantly — with about 7 in 10 AA/PI adults now holding negative attitudes towards Trump's aggressive anti-immigrant agenda.
